Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life moves. Here is how we handle changes without losing the momentum of your 28 days.
Rescheduling
Sessions can be moved with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability, and are normally rescheduled within the same programme week.
Late notice and missed sessions
A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, counts as delivered.
If you arrive late, we use the time remaining in the booked slot.
If Love needs to reschedule
You will be offered the earliest alternative slot, and where a delay affects your programme dates the schedule is extended at no additional cost.
