Refund Policy
Coaching is a commitment of preparation and reserved time. This policy sets out what happens if circumstances change.
Before the programme begins
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your first session, you may request a refund of amounts paid, less any payment-processing fees already incurred.
Once the programme has begun
Because the Reset is a personalised 28-day engagement with materials prepared in advance, fees are non-refundable after the first session has taken place.
If you are on a payment plan, the second instalment remains due on day 14.
Exceptional circumstances
Serious illness, bereavement and comparable events happen. Write to Love at evolvwithlove@gmail.com and a pause or partial credit will be considered in good faith.
